Our Tailored Solution
After carefully analyzing the client’s production goals, our engineering team designed a smart, dual-stage setup combining:

A straight-line wire drawing machine for the first stage

A wet-type water tank wire drawing machine for the second stage
This configuration allows for two operating modes:

Stage One Only: Drawing from 4.0 mm down to 2.0 mm using just the straight-line machine.

Full Line: Drawing from 4.0 mm down to 0.8 mm by passing through both the straight-line and water tank machines.
It’s a modular solution that can be run as a combined line or split depending on production needs—offering the customer greater flexibility and more control over output.
